In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account with raj123 or to place any bet or wager on the Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. raj123 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active Account on the raj123 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any Balances forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the raj123 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. raj123 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in Pakistan or any other territory. Users must comply with all applicable local laws before accessing the Platform.
2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register: (a) individuals under the age of 18; (b) individuals who have previously been permanently excluded or suspended by raj123; (c) individuals acting on behalf of another person; and (d) employees of raj123 and their immediate family members.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your raj123 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify raj123 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.2 Account Responsibility. All transactions and activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not (unless you have reported unauthorised access to raj123 in writing prior to the relevant transaction), are your sole responsibility.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your raj123 Account is strictly for your personal use. You may not transfer, sell, or permit any third party to access or use your Account. Any winnings obtained through an Account that has been used by a third party may be voided.
3.4 KYC Verification. raj123 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including a copy of your CNIC or passport, proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by raj123 may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Methods. raj123 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits published on the Platform. Methods available for withdrawal may differ from those available for deposit.
4.2 Currency. The default account currency on raj123 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in PKR unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion, where applicable, is subject to exchange rates determined by raj123.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your raj123 Account balance in real time. Bank transfer processing times may vary. raj123 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as published on the Platform; and (d) raj123's anti-fraud review process, which may extend processing times in certain cases.
4.5 Withdrawal of Deposits. Players may withdraw deposited funds (non-bonus) at any time, subject to KYC completion and the conditions set out in clause 4.4. raj123 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Payments section of the Platform.
5.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market on the raj123 Platform is governed by specific rules accessible within or alongside that game or market. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the raj123 Platform are subject to acceptance by raj123. raj123 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits.
5.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that results in erroneous odds, game outcomes, or payouts being displayed or awarded, raj123 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Any sums paid in error will be reclaimed. raj123 is not liable for losses arising from system errors outside of its reasonable control.
5.4 Void Bets. raj123 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or collusion by any party, or where the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised.
5.5 Sports Betting. Settlement of sports bets — including cricket, PSL, UFC, and other sports markets — is governed by the specific market rules applicable to each bet type. In the event of an abandoned or rescheduled event, applicable rules are as stated in the relevant market documentation on the raj123 Platform.
6.1 General. raj123 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers to Users. All promotions are subject to: (a) these Terms; (b) any specific terms accompanying the relevant promotion; and (c) the Wagering Requirements applicable to Bonus Funds.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The exact Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified — unused Bonus Funds will expire upon the deadline.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. raj123 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or promotion where it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a User has: (a) opened multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) provided false registration information; (c) made low-risk hedged bets in a manner inconsistent with genuine play; or (d) otherwise engaged in conduct designed to circumvent the intent of the promotional terms.
6.4 Changes to Promotions. raj123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that existing obligations to Users in respect of promotions already claimed will be honoured.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raj123 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the raj123 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and data — is the property of raj123 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the raj123 Platform without express written permission.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raj123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits.
9.2 raj123's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and raj123 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10.1 By raj123. raj123 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) it determines that these Terms have been breached; (b) it has reason to believe fraud or illegal activity has occurred; (c) a User has failed to complete KYC requirements; or (d) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate such action.
10.2 By the User. You may close your raj123 Account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of withdrawal procedures.

12.2 Your continued use of the raj123 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
13.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which raj123 is registered and licensed to operate.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact raj123 support to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in the Platform's dispute resolution policy.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
